Returns & Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only where explicitly permitted under this policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact returns@verobello.store. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Accepted Returns (Non-EU or Exceptional Cases)
Where a return is accepted for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect item, the following conditions apply:
- A restocking fee of 20% of the item price will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are not refunded and may be deducted from the refund amount
These deductions reflect the made-to-order nature of our products and the costs incurred in returning items to our production partners.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases:
- No restocking fee applies
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Daisy Chain Biannual
- The item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final and non-returnable
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration are not eligible for return
Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

European Union — Made-to-Order Exception
For customers located in the European Union:
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
As all Daisy Chain Biannual products are made to order, EU orders are not eligible for return or cancellation, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that products are made to order and agree to the terms of this Returns Policy.
